Happy Birthday card

I always love it when I can find more than one use for a file I acquire. I took the birthday cake from the Party Time Bundle by Joanne6523 to make this fun birthday card. I made the card for a swap on the TSI Forum. I had fun with stickles on this one, as you can tell! Thanks for looking! Karon
